The compact design reduces floor space while allowing for multi-batch process automation. Slip-sheet handling of multiple material types is available with the units. The Autoloader allows for multiple tray loading for continuous process operation. The loading conveyor has an optional tacky roll cleaner with static removal. Panel vs. slip-sheet detection is automatic and prevents mis-feed of slip-sheets into the process. Material load height is customizable for your specific application. These units are PLC controlled with touch screen user interfaces and capable of handling thin film as well as rigid panels.
